MONITORING AND REPORTING PROGRAM 2- <br /> LEPRINO FOODS <br /> TRACY <br /> SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY <br /> Prior to startup of a ground water treatment system, the Discharger shall supply <br /> Board staff with a ground water monitoring program that will demonstrate the <br /> effectiveness of the ground water treatment system. <br /> An anuuai report evaluating the effe:tiveness and progress of investigation and <br /> remediation shall be submitted to the Board by 30 January of each year and may be <br /> substituted for the quarterly report for the fourth quarter. The report shall contain <br /> at a minimum the following information: both tabular and graphical summaries of <br /> the monitoring data obtained during the previous year; trends in the concentrations <br /> of the pollutants in ground water monitoring wells; whether the contaminanat plume <br /> is being captured by an extraction system or is continuing to spread; plans as needed <br /> for improving the ground water monitoring, extraction or treatment system; and the <br /> anticipated date for completion of cleanup activities. The annual report shall also <br /> include the reasons for and durations of all interruptions in the operation of <br /> treatment systems. <br /> The results of any monitoring done more frequently than required at the locations <br /> specified in the Monitoring and Reporting Program shall be reported to the Board. <br /> The Discharger shall implement the above monitoring program as of the date of this <br /> Order. <br /> WILLIAM H.
