Correct immediately by <br /> ensuring that the consolida ed manifests are completed correctly and completely. <br /> 132. The daily hazardous aste tank inspections have not been logged since January 2011. (a) The <br /> owner or operator shall ins ect, where present, at least once each operating day: (1) overfill/spill control <br /> equipment (e.g., waste-fee cutoff systems, bypass systems, and drainage systems) to ensure that it is <br /> in good working order; (2) t e aboveground portions of the tank system, if any, to detect corrosion or <br /> releases of waste; (3) data athered from monitoring equipment and leak-detection equipment, (e.g., <br /> pressure and temperature auges, monitoring wells) to ensure that the tank system is being operated <br /> according to its design; (4) the construction materials and the area immediately surrounding containment <br /> structures (e.g., dikes) to d tect erosion or signs of releases of hazardous waste (e.g., wet spots, dead <br /> vegetation); and (5) for unc vered tanks, the level of waste in the tank, to ensure compliance with <br /> section 66265.194(b)(3). (b The owner or operator shall inspect cathodic protection systems, if present, <br /> according to, at a minimum the following schedule to ensure that they are functioning properly: (1) the <br /> proper operation of the cat odic protection system shall be confirmed within six months after initial <br /> installation, andannually th reafter; and (2) all sources of impressed current shall be inspected and/or <br /> tested, as appropriate, at le st bimonthly (i.e., every other month). (c) The owner or operator shall <br /> document in the operating cord of the facility an inspection of those items in subsection (a) and (b) of <br /> this section. Correct immed ately by daily conducting and documenting the hazardous waste tank <br /> inspections. <br /> 301. Some spilled grease aid oil were found on the oil storage room floor. Facilities shall be maintained <br /> and operated to minimize tf e possibility of a fire, explosion, or release of hazardous waste to air, soil, or <br /> surface water which could t reaten human health or the environment. Immediately clean up the spilled <br /> petroleum products, and m nage according to Title 22 hazardous waste regulations. Submit a statement <br /> and supporting documentat on explaining how this waste was managed by October 13, 2012. <br /> 605. The quarter full thirty g lion drum of hazardous waste water based paint lacked a hazardous <br /> property.
