Many spills are minor in nature. Only significant spills or spills on adjacent properties are noted.No significant spills were listed within %mile of the subject property. 4.3.2. Information And Permits Database Listings The UST database is a listing of historical UST sites;the CA FID database contains listings of active and inactive UST locations from the State Water Resources Control Board. The CA FID or UST database lists did not include the subject property. One UST site (Cal Mills, Inc. at 12418 Locke_ Road)was listed; this site will be discussed in Section 4.4. The HAZNET database lists addresses appearing on hazardous waste manifests. The RCRIS-SQG database lists information on sites that generate, store, treat or dispose of small quantities of hazardous materials. Woods Fiber Products at 12686 Locke Road was listed in the HAZNET database, disposing less than l ton/year of surplus or aged inorganics, inorganic solid waste, and unspecified solvent mixture waste; Cal Mills, Inc. at 12418 Locke Road, was listed in both databases,disposing approximately 0.23 ton/year ofmixed and waste oil and sending approximately 10 tons/year of an unspecified item to a recycler. Eleven individual sites were on the Orphan Summary consisting of sites lacking sufficient information for EDR to map their locations. One site was the Lodi Groundwater,located more than 5 miles from the property:Three sites were listed as LUST sites that were present in the CORTESE database. Six sites were on informational database listings.The remaining site was a waste.disposal site,the Lockeford GSD Reclamation Area, at P.O.Box Z;it could not be located from the available address. The EDR report identified six water wells on the California State Database that are within a mile of the subject property; all were located east of the subject property. Three of the wells ark private active raw wells; no monitoring data were available for these wells. The remaining wells were Lockeford Community wells; one well (CA3910008) was cited in 1993 and 1994 for high concentrations of Coliform bacteria in the water;compliance was apparently achieved in September of 1995. The addresses and environmental status of the sites noted as potential environmental concerns are listed with the distances and directions from the property to the sites in Table 1.A copy of the EDR report.is included in Appendix D.
