REGULATORY AGENCY FILE REVIEW The PHS-EHD and-Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board (RWQCB) maintain records for, and are responsible for, enforcement of state underground storage tank (UST) and hazardous waste laws. A review of PHS-EHD records for sites identified during the drive-by or by the regulatory database computer search was performed by AGE.The-following.information was on . record with the PHS-EHD: Cal Mtlls Inc. = 12418 Locke Road a roximatel 220 eet southwest of the sub'ect ra er 3 The Cal Mills, Inc. site was listed in the RCRIS SQG, FINDS, UST, and LUST environmental databases. Three 10,000-gallon diesel USTs were removed from the site in August 1986. .3 Approximately 3,100 rniiligrams/kilogram•(mg/kg) of total petroleum hydrocarbons as diesel ,i (TPH-d)was detected in one ofsix samples collected from the floor of the tank area.After additional soil was removed via overexcavation, the PHS-EHD closed the site by letter dated 18 June 1993.
