Winn Trucking Company property immediately south of the site. 1 <br /> West <br /> A soil-preparation operation of Kellogg Supply, Inc..is located immediately to the west of the <br /> property. <br /> No items of apparent environmental concern were noted on the sites adjacent to the subject property. <br /> i <br /> i <br /> 6.0. SUBJECT PROPERTY RECONNAISSANCE <br /> A site reconnaissance was conducted by representatives of AGE on 12 July 2001. The property <br /> consists.,of-one.2-3-acre.-parcel of land with a cluster of seven buildings on the;northern.-half.and <br /> former industrial waste ponds on the southern portion (Figure 2; Photos 7, 8 and 9). <br /> • Presently the subj ect property is aw6rking winery undergoing remodeling.The southeastern- <br /> ..I most group of buildings are currently used for wine-making and storage(Photos 10 and 11); <br /> the northwestern-most building adjacent to the former warehouse houses the offices and <br /> wine-tasting rooms (Photo 7). <br /> One domestic well with a pump-house and one industrial well with two pumps are located <br /> near the northwest corner of the property.Two approximately10,000-gallon cylindrical water <br /> tanks were also observed at that location(Photos 12 and 13). <br /> Five large, empty metal tanks were stored in an uncovered area approximately 50 feet <br /> southwest of the former fermentation building (Figure 2;Photo 14 <br /> • A 30-foot-deep trench and several crossing trenches for utilities and a sewer system were <br /> observed along-the main road between the buildings, and construction material as well as <br /> wine-making apparatuses were piled about the grounds of the property(Figure 2;see Photos <br /> 7 and 8). <br /> ,a <br /> .�I <br />
