Additional Requirements <br /> 1. Permitee is responsible for maintaining the treatment system. Hazardous <br /> materials or wastes must be disposed of at a certified hazardous waste disposal <br /> site. Disposal receipts must be maintained'on site and be made available for <br /> inspection upon request of the City Engineer or his designee. <br /> 2. Any raw material or chemical spill must be cleaned and properly disposed of <br /> in accordance with the spill contaimnent program prior to wash down of the <br /> garage facility. <br /> 3. If Permitee receives notification fiorn the City Engineer, or his designee, that <br /> the treatment system is in need of maintenance and fails to comply within 48 <br /> hours, service will be suspended until the required maintenance is performed. <br /> B.
