ORDINANCE NO. 1275 <br /> PAGE NO 27 <br /> (4) Categorical Pretreatment Standard Deadline Compliance Report—W ithin <br /> ninety (90) days following the date for final compliance with applicable <br /> categorical pretreatment standards, or in the case of a new source following <br /> commencement of the introduction of wastewater into the POTW, any user <br /> subject to such pretreatment standards and requirements shall submit to the <br /> Assistant Director of Public Works a report containing the information <br /> described in Section 13 020 060 (b) (2) of this ordinance For users subject <br /> to equivalent mass or concentration limits established in accordance with the <br /> procedures in 40 CFR 403 6(c), this report shall contain a reasonable <br /> measure of the user's long-term production rate For all other users subject <br /> to categorical pretreatment standards expressed in terms of allowable <br /> pollutant discharge per unit of production ( or another measure of operation), <br /> this report shall included the user's actual production during the appropriate <br /> sampling period All compliance reports must be signed and certified in <br /> accordance with Section 13 020 060 (b) of this ordinance <br /> (5) Changed Condition Reports - Each user must notify the Assistant <br /> Director of Public Works of any planned significant changes to the user's <br /> operations or system which might alter the nature, quality, or volume of its <br /> wastewater at least ninety (90) days before the change Any user increasing <br /> the volume of wastewater above its sewer allocation must apply for and <br /> receive an additional sewer allocation through the Community Development <br /> Department <br /> (i) The Assistant Director of Public Works may require the user to <br /> submit such information as may be deemed necessary to evaluate <br /> the changed conditions, including the submission of wastewater <br /> discharge permit application under Section 13 020 050 of this <br /> ordinance <br /> (ii) The Assistant Director of Public Works may issue a wastewater <br /> discharge permit under Section 13.020 050 5 of this ordinance or <br /> modify an existing wastewater discharge permit under Section <br /> 13 020 050 5 of this ordinance in response to changed conditions <br /> or anticipated changed conditions <br /> (iii) For the purpose of this requirement, significant changes include, <br /> but are not limited to flow increases of twenty (20) percent or <br /> greater, flow increases greater than the user's sewer allocation, <br /> and the discharge of any previously unreported pollutants <br /> (6) Other Reports -All industrial users shall submit to the Assistant Director <br /> of Public Works any other reports as deemed reasonable and necessary by <br /> the Assistant Director of Public Works, in addition to those described above, <br /> to demonstrate compliance with this Waste Ordinance, the industrial <br /> discharge permit, or any applicable State and Federal regulations Such <br /> reports include, but are not limited to, any reports or plans required by • <br /> Federal, California State, or local laws or regulations <br />
