A11 buildings on site were surveyed for the presence . of asbestos- <br /> containing building materials (ACBM ' s ) . Four samples of suspected <br /> ACBM ' s were taken in the showroom . Analysis of all samples did <br /> not reveal asbestos except in ceiling. material in the office <br /> (Appendix A) . EPA - Region 9 <br /> The CVRWQCB , SJEHD, and LFD were 'coatacted to determine if any <br /> toxic chemical or ,fuel uel leaks have been. reported on or within a <br /> 1/4=mile' radius of the subject property. No unauthorized <br /> releases of hazardous materials have: been reported within 1/4— <br /> mil.e of the facility . Sanborn FireInsurancemaps and USGS <br /> topographic maps for the Lodi area dated 1910 to 1968 , were also <br /> examined to determine whether any manufacturing facilities . which <br /> may -hay.e generated , stored , or disposed of hazardous waste. were <br /> located - at or had been located within one mile of the subject <br /> prop.eety.
