C A M B R I A April 2000 that included well survey information for this site. A copy of this document will be brought to the June 19, 2001 meeting and given to SJCPHS. 341 Main Street, Ripon: This is an operating Shell-branded service station where we are F currently operating a groundwater extraction (GWE) and treatment unit. The GWE system appears to have achieved hydraulic control across the site. The plume beneath this site appears to be delineated. A well survey was conducted at this site in July 1998. 3725 Tracy Boulevard, Tracy: This is an operating Shell-branded service station where we recently submitted a work plan (April 26, 2001) for further site assessment. We have not yet received work plan approval from SJCPHS. Cambria completed a sensitive receptor survey for this site and submitted a report documenting this on November 2, 1999. We have been.conducting periodic GWE from two to three wells at this site. To date approximately 48,399 gallons of water have been extracted and an estimated 27 pounds of MTBE have been removed from the subsurface. 2575 Country Club Boulevard, Stockton: This is an.operating Shell-branded service station where plume delineation appears to be complete. - We submitted a corrective action plan for this site on February 13, 1998 and have not yet received written comment or approval from SJCPHS. Regardless, Equiva initiated periodic GWE at this site in March 1999 and subsequently decided to install a full time GWE system, which is expected to startup during early June 2001. A well survey was conducted at this site and is documented in our December 4, 1997 letter to SJCPHS. 3011 Benjamin Holt Drive, Stockton: This site is an operating Shell-branded service station where the lateral extent of the plume is fairly well defined. SJCPHS's February 27, 2001 letter requested a work plan to define the lateral and vertical extent of the plume at this site. This letter was lost internally until late April 2001. We are currently preparing a work plan as requested and will be issuing it prior to our meeting date. A sensitive receptor survey has been performed at this site and is documented in our March 2, 1999 Well Installation Report. 1071 North Main Street, Manteca: This site is an operating Shell-branded service station. We submitted a site investigation report on February 15, 2001. We have not received any comments from SJCPHS regarding this.report. A well survey was performed at this site and a report documenting the well survey issued June 20, 2000.
