Installation of two deep,discretely screened monitoring wells to investigate the lateral extent of the contaminant <br /> plume at depth. These wells will be installed with a mud-rotary drill rig to total depth of 75 feet bsg. Each well will <br /> be constructed with 10 feet of screened casing. <br /> COMMENTS AND CONDITIONS: <br /> 1. A San Joaquin County Well Permit Application must be submitted to PHS/EHD for each parcel of land on which <br /> drilling will take place. <br /> 2. Access agreements and/or city encroachment permits must be obtained for all proposed offsite work These must be <br /> submitted to PHS/EHD prior to issuance of the well permits. <br /> 3. Forty-eight hours notice to PHS/EHD is required prior to the start of fieldwork <br /> 4.
