Tank Closuire Report dated April 6, 1934,was submitted to the San Joaquin <br /> x Local Health District (SJL.HD). <br /> • August 10,1989: Three soil borings SB-1,SB-2,and SB-3 were drilled to depths of 41.5, <br /> 41.5,and 56.5 feet, respectively. The soil borings were grouted with neat cement. <br /> ' • August 11, 1984: Two soil borings were drilled to depths of 68 feet, converted to <br /> s <br /> monitoring wells (MW-1 and MW-2), and developed. Selected soil samples were <br /> submitted to the laboratory for chemical analysis. <br /> • August 13, 1989: One soil boring was drilled to a depth of 68 feet, converted to a <br /> monitoring well(MW-3),and developed <br /> € i• <br /> _ • August 14, 1989:.
