r <br /> Given the abgve. scenario, we would like submit the <br /> following plan for the remediation of the referenced site: <br /> 1) tWe are submitting a fiscal year 1996/97 budget change <br /> proposal requesting $90, 000 for the removal of the <br /> water tower, underground tank, and all contaminated <br /> soil. <br /> 2) As an interim measure, we will install a 50 ft. below <br /> ground surface (bgs) monitoring well located down <br /> gradient from the underground tank to monitor the <br /> potential rise of ground water. Should the ground <br /> water rise above 50 ft. bgs, we will commence quarterly <br /> ground water sampling immediately.
