The RAP <br /> also contained a Report of Waste Discharge (RWD) The adequacy of the RWD andthe necessity <br /> for a permit (Waste Discharge Requirements) will be addressed by Patricia Leary, of this office. <br /> The attached memoranda contain Underground Tank Unit staff..comments and questions regarding <br /> the RAP. <br /> The RAP is incomplete. -By 28 April 199A submit the following to San Joaquin unty and the <br /> Board: <br /> 1. Copies of all existing reports and work plans listed in . #1..and not submitted previously; <br /> 2. Explanations for not sampling MWS and MW7 since October 1992 and MW2, MW3, MW4, <br /> and MW6 since December 1993; <br /> 3. A work plan to conduct a constant rate.pumping test, investigate causes of the gradient <br /> variations; and institute 1st quarter sampling of MW2, MW3; MW4,.MW5, MW6, and MW7;. <br /> and <br /> 4. Responses to the comments and questions, shown in bold italic font, in Memo #2.
