The Final Judgement states, "In <br /> order to further assess the best methodology for implementation of a corrective action plan,Tosco <br /> agrees that: (a)in addition to all current groundwater monitoring activities, for each of the first <br /> twelve months following the month in which this Judgement is entered,Tosco will conduct <br /> monthly monitoring of methyl tertiary butyl ether(MtBE) at seven(7) of the site's groundwater <br /> monitoring wells; (b)perform work to seal surface cracks as additional protection against the <br /> possibility that accidental overfills or other unexpected small surface spills could reach soil; and <br /> (c)conduct a tracer test of the underground storage systems." <br /> San Joaquin County Public Health Services, Environmental Health Division hereby directs you to <br /> include the following seven wells in the monthly monitoring program: <br /> MW-1 <br /> MW-2 <br /> MW-3 <br /> MW-4S <br /> MW-4D <br /> MW-6S <br /> MW6D <br /> Groundwater samples collected from these monitoring wells are to be analyzed for MtBE using <br /> EPA Method 8260. <br /> If you have any questions regarding this directive,please call Dot Lofstrom at(209)468-3436. <br /> Donna Heran, REHS,Director <br /> Environmental Health Services <br /> Dot Lofstrom,R.G. <br /> LOP/Site Mitigation <br /> cc: Marty Hartzell, CVRWQCB <br /> Glenn Matteucci, Environmental Resolutions Inc. <br /> A Division of San Joaquin County Health Care Services <br /> ( <br />
