The <br /> databases reviewed indicated that at least one(1)underground storage <br /> tank was located on the site and that when the tank was removed an <br /> unauthorized release was discovered that had impacted the soils <br /> beneath the site. The release is currently listed as being closed. <br /> This site is located approximately two-hundred-fifty (250) feet <br /> southeast of the subject site. <br /> i <br /> • 229 Moffat Boulevard - Manteca Bean Company <br /> This property is listed in the State Underground Storage Tank <br /> Database, the CORTESE Database, and the State Leaking <br /> Underground Storage Tank Database. The databases reviewed <br /> indicated that one (1) seven-hundred (700) gallon underground <br /> storage tank was once located on the site and that an unauthorized <br /> release ofgasoline associated with the tank had adversely impacted <br /> the groundwater beneath the site. The case is currently listed as <br /> closed. <br /> This site is located approximately seven-hundred(700)feet south east <br /> of the subject site. <br /> • 203 South Lincoln - Edward Pitts, Pitts Property <br /> The.Pitts property is listed in the State Underground Storage Tank <br /> Database and in the State Leaking Underground Storage Tank <br /> jDatabase. The databases reviewed indicated that a small underground <br /> storage tank containing gasoline has been removed from the site and <br /> that an unauthorized release of gasoline had occurred. The release <br /> impacted the soils only and the case is currently listed as being <br /> closed. <br /> This site is located approximately five-hundred (500) feet east of the <br /> subject site. <br />
