The databases reviewed indicated that a single <br /> eight-thousand (8,000) gallon underground storage tank had been <br /> removed from the site and that an unauthorized release of gasoline <br /> had occurred associated with the tank. The release is reported to have <br /> I adversely impacted the soils only and the Regional Water Quality <br /> Control Board has closed the case. <br /> i <br /> This site is located approximately three-hundred-fifty (35 0) feet west <br /> of the subject site. <br /> i <br /> i e 251 Oak- Celpril Industries, Inc. <br /> This site is listed in the State Underground Storage Tank Database <br /> and in the RCRA Database. The databases reviewed indicated that <br /> the site was permitted to operate a single underground storage tank <br /> L . <br /> and to generate small quantities of non-acutely hazardous waste. The <br /> underground storage tank is currently listed as being closed. There <br /> were no indications in the databases reviewed that indicated an <br /> unauthorized release originated from this site. <br /> This site is located approximately four-hundred(400) feet west of the <br /> subject site. <br /> e 205 Stockton - Ramsey Seed Inc. <br /> Ramsey Seed is listed in the State Underground Storage Tank <br /> Database as once being permitted to operate a single underground <br /> storage tank.
