Installation of one soil boring to 80 feet below grade, installation of eight shallow/deep vapor <br /> probes and destruction of soil gas probes SG-1 through SG-14 by over-drilling the probe <br /> and grouting the borehole. <br /> 2. Collection of soil and vapor samples for laboratory analysis. <br /> 3. Laboratory analysis of soil, vapor and water samples for total petroleum hydrocarbons <br /> (TPH) as gasoline, BTEX, MTBE and other gasoline additives using appropriate EPA <br /> methods. <br /> 4. Preparation of a report on the work performed. <br /> Comments and Conditions: <br /> 1. Submit an Environmental Health Department (EHD) well permit application and $89 <br /> permit fee for each C-57 licensed driller performing installation work at the site.
