Groundwater elevations for the subject <br /> property were estimated using depth-to-groundwater measurements published for State Well <br /> Number 2S/4E-16L1, located approximately 500 feet northwest of the property. Plate 2 shows <br /> the approximate State Well location and the measured groundwater elevations are summarized in <br /> the Hydrograph on Plate 4. <br /> Measured groundwater elevations published for the well have fluctuated from a high of+94 feet <br /> MSL during the fall of 1964 to a low of+80 feet MSL during the spring of 1989.
