The information repositories will be updated with a copy of the final <br /> Community Relations Plan and the final RAP when they are available. At <br /> least two more fact sheet will be issued, one to announce adoption of the <br /> selected remedial action, and one when cleanup of soils and concrete is <br /> complete. If significant new findings about contamination at the site are <br /> generated, other fact sheets may be prepared. <br /> The fact sheet that announces the selected remedial action will also: <br /> • Explain where the contaminated materials will be disposed <br /> • Confirm that any wastewater discharged to the city treatment plant <br /> will meet discharge standards <br /> • Identify any potential health risk to the neighboring and city <br /> employers and employees and the general public during cleanup <br /> • Present a general schedule of implementation of the remedial <br /> action <br /> • Describe the ongoing groundwater monitoring program <br /> • Indicate that the community will be informed in a subsequent fact <br /> sheet if groundwater monitoring shows elevated levels of metals <br /> The fact sheet that reports the completion of cleanup will also specify <br /> whether any restrictions have been placed on future land use, and will <br /> provide an update on the groundwater monitoring program. <br /> All fact sheets will be mailed to a contact list that includes <br /> contiguous property owners and businesses, elected officials, agency staff, <br /> H-12 <br />
