Port of Stockton -2- 1 October 1987 <br /> " (b) In such an investigation, the regional board may <br /> require that any person discharging or proposing to <br /> discharge waste within its region or any citizen or <br /> domiciliary, or political agency or entity of this state <br /> discharging or proposing to discharge waste outside of its <br /> region, that could affect the quality of waters within its <br /> region shall furnish, under penalty of perjury, such <br /> technical or monitoring program reports as the board may <br /> specify; . . . ." <br /> Pursuant to this section of the Porter-Cologne Water Quality <br /> Control Act, you are required to submit a technical report which <br /> adequately addresses the requirements of our previous letter and <br /> our attached comments. <br /> It would be to your benefit to notify us of any plans to work on <br /> the site so that the work may be observed. Failure to do so may <br /> raise questions concerning investigation procedures and findings, <br /> and result in duplication of effort. <br /> Please submit this report by 30 October 1987.
