This report documents the results of the plant startup <br /> Phase I, II and III Treatment Performance Evaluation procedures and monitoring as required in <br /> Waste Discharge Requirements (WDRs) Order No. 98-062 and National Pollutant Discharge <br /> Elimination System jNPDES) Permit No. CA0084255. The report shows that the effluent <br /> concentrations from the treatment plant meet the effluent limitations as specified in the WDRs <br /> and NPDES permit.
