' . Site Safety officer: Andy Lojo, R.G. . Director of Health and Safety: James Bucha, C.I.H. 1 4.1 Site Project Manager ' The Site Project Manager, Mr. Donald Bradshaw, R.G., is responsible for the health and safety of LFR personnel on site. As part of his duties, Mr. Bradshaw will be responsible for: Informing the LFR Director of Health and Safety of project developments. ' Ensuring all LFR personnel on site receive the proper training and are educated as to the potential hazards anticipated at the work area, as well as the procedures and precautions that will be implemented on the job. ' . Informing all subcontractors of expected hazards at the work area and ensuring they are advised of appropriate protective measures. Subcontractors will be given a copy of this HSP and the RI/FS Work Plan for review. ' . Ensuring all necessary resources are available such that a safe and healthy work environment for LFR personnel is provided. ' 4.2 LFR Director of Health and Safety ' The LFR Corporate Director of Health and Safety, Mr. James Bucha, C.I.H., shall be responsible for: ' Monitoring the health and safety impacts of this project on LFR personnel. Assessing the potential health and safety hazards existing at the Site. ' Recommending appropriate safeguards and procedures. Modifying this HSP after consulting with Lincoln Properties, Ltd. (LPL), when necessary. Approving changes in safeguards used or operating procedures employed at the work area.
