Director of Health and Safety: James Bucha, C.I.H. <br /> 1 4.1 Site Project Manager <br /> ' The Site Project Manager, Mr. Donald Bradshaw, R.G., is responsible for the health <br /> and safety of LFR personnel on site. As part of his duties, Mr. Bradshaw will be <br /> responsible for: <br /> Informing the LFR Director of Health and Safety of project developments. <br /> ' Ensuring all LFR personnel on site receive the proper training and are educated as <br /> to the potential hazards anticipated at the work area, as well as the procedures and <br /> precautions that will be implemented on the job. <br /> ' . Informing all subcontractors of expected hazards at the work area and ensuring <br /> they are advised of appropriate protective measures. Subcontractors will be given a <br /> copy of this HSP and the RI/FS Work Plan for review. <br /> ' . Ensuring all necessary resources are available such that a safe and healthy work <br /> environment for LFR personnel is provided. <br /> ' 4.2 LFR Director of Health and Safety <br /> ' The LFR Corporate Director of Health and Safety, Mr. James Bucha, C.I.H., shall be <br /> responsible for: <br /> ' Monitoring the health and safety impacts of this project on LFR personnel. <br /> Assessing the potential health and safety hazards existing at the Site. <br /> ' Recommending appropriate safeguards and procedures. <br /> Modifying this HSP after consulting with Lincoln Properties, Ltd.
