He has fulfilled , <br /> the 40-hour safety training requirements of 8 CCR 5192 and the 8-hour supervisory <br /> training. , <br /> The SSO, or a trained designated alternate, will be present at the work area during <br /> work activities. The SSO shall be notified of and approve activities during which , <br /> persons may be reasonably expected to be exposed to chemically affected soils, <br /> groundwater, other materials, or physical hazards. <br /> The SSO shall be responsible for: ' <br /> • Ensuring that on-site LFR personnel and subcontractors comply with the , <br /> requirements of this HSP. <br /> • Limiting access to the Contamination Reduction Zone and Exclusion Zone at the <br /> Site (Section 6.3 of this HSP). , <br /> • Reporting unusual or potentially hazardous conditions to the LFR Director of <br /> Health and Safety, the Site Project Manager, and LPL.
