At the beginning and end of each <br /> day, the SSO will evaluate scheduled work-activities and any changes in site <br /> activities. If changes to this HSP are necessary, the SSO will notify the LFR <br /> Director of Health and Safety and LPL, and this HSP will be modified as <br /> ' necessary. If site conditions become unusual or complex, as determined by the SSO <br /> and Director of Health and Safety, the Director of Health and Safety will perform <br /> an inspection and audit of the Site to determine if health and safety procedures and <br /> ' protocols are appropriate, effective, and being implemented properly. <br /> The SSO shall have the authority to: <br /> ' Order an evacuation of the work area or portions of the Site, or shut down any of <br /> the work activities listed in Section 3, if the SSO believes a health or safety hazard <br /> ' exists. <br /> • Deny unauthorized personnel access to the Contamination Reduction Zone and the <br /> Exclusion Zone. <br /> ' Require that any worker, including subcontractor personnel, obtain immediate <br /> medical attention. <br /> ' 4.4 Subcontractor Personnel <br /> ' Subcontractor personnel are expected to comply with the minimum requirements <br /> specified in this HSP. Failure to do so may result in the removal of the subcontractor <br /> or any of the subcontractor's workers from the job site.
