<br /> OBSERVATIONS:Cloth towels at meat dept are being stored inside cardboard box. This surface is not cleanable. Clean
<br /> towels shall be kept free from cross contamination. Store inside a cleanable bin or inside plastic bag.
<br /> Dirty kitchen towels are left on counters. Once towels are used, store in bucket with 100 ppm chlorine.
