Owners installed <br /> rubber coving for base. Floors are currently not up to code. Concrete floors shall be smooth and non absorbent. Base shall <br /> have slim foot ceramic tiles. Make repairs by 3 weeks. <br /> Ceiling in kitchen is absorbent.Wood shelve next to closet needs a new coat of paint. Paint this absorbent surfaces by 2 <br /> weeks. <br /> Corner strips in kitchen (were fiber glass panels come together)in front of hood are falling off. Remove and provide new <br /> strips by 2-3 weeks. <br /> Meat dept metal wall panel at fish cleaning station is loose. Ceiling panels at this same location have gaps. Repair panels. <br /> Metal panel shall be sealed to wall and gaps on ceiling shall be covered. Correct by 3 weeks <br /> Wall panels at meat dept close to walk in freezer are in disrepair.They have several large holes. Panels shall be replaced by <br /> 3 weeks. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:The walls/ceilings shall have durable,smooth,nonabsorbent,light-colored,and washable surfaces. All floor <br /> surfaces, other than the customer service areas, shall be approved, smooth, durable and made of nonabsorbent material that is easily <br /> cleanable.Approved base coving shall be provided in all areas,except customer service areas and where food is stored in original <br /> unopened containers. Food facilities shall be fully enclosed. All food facilities shall be kept clean and in good repair.
