The violations are listed below: <br /> • Self-monitoring reports do not include all the analytes required by the Monitoring and Reporting <br /> Program. Effluent samples were not chemically analyzed for nitrates as nitrogen, or electrical <br /> conductivity as required. <br /> • Provision E.1 requires the Discharger to comply with the Monitoring and Reporting Program. <br /> California Concentrates is directed to immediately begin monitoring and reporting nitrate and electrical <br /> conductivity parameters in accordance with the Monitoring and Reporting Program.
