State Hwy 99 Frontage
Stockton, CA. 95215
On August 21, 2003, EHD reviewed Over-Excavation Soil Sampling Results
Report and Closure Request, dated September 3, 2003 as submitted by Apex
Envirotech Inc. The very low levels of petroleum left in place after two soil
removing procedures were evaluated against a treat to the first ground water,
approximately 70 below surface grade. EHD concurred with report conclusions
that the amount of impacted soil and concentrations left in place did not pose a i
threat to the ground water. The site was provided a No furtherAction letter by'
EHD on September 16, 2003.
EHD hopes this summary meets your.request.
