INCIDENT NOTIFICATION <br /> The following incidents shall be reported immediately to the project <br /> engineer and to the guard station. <br /> • Major accidents involving a contractor employee. <br /> • Any accident involving a Wine Group employee. <br /> • Any fire. <br /> • Any incident where hazardous chemicals are released. <br /> • Any incident that impairs the Fire Sprinkler System. <br /> The contractor(s) involved will complete a full incident investigation with <br /> the project engineer for any of the above situations. <br /> SAFETY REQUIREMENTS <br /> All contractors and subcontractors shall comply with all of the State of <br /> California's safety requirements per Cal-OSHA. Sonic of these requirements <br /> areas follows: <br /> • A written injury and illness Prevention Program. <br /> • Specific Code of Safe Practices for the jobs being preformed. <br /> • Tailgate safety meetings held and documented at least every 10 <br /> working days. <br /> • Proper first aid materials and training. <br /> • Written Hazard Communication Program with applicable Material <br /> Data Safety Sheets on site. <br /> • Written Lockout / Blockout program when applicable. <br /> • Written Permit Required Confined Spaces program when <br /> applicable. <br /> • Proper personal protective equipment for hazards involved (i.e., <br /> hardhats, eye protection, hearing protection, respiratory protection, <br /> etc.) <br /> • ball protection program. <br /> • Welding safety program. <br /> • All required posters, employee notifications and emergency phone <br /> numbers. <br /> .May 2000 Page 2 of 6 <br />
