Does the COC sample names match the report. <br /> e. Check the COC for the following items: <br /> f. Unique sample identifier for all samples <br /> ' g. Date and time of sampling <br /> h. Source of sample including name, location and sample type <br /> k. Analyses required <br /> I. Name of collector <br /> in. Pertinent field data <br /> n. Serial numbers of custody seals and transport cases (if used) <br /> ' o. Custody transfer signatures and dates and times of sample transfer from the <br /> field to transporter and the lab <br /> P.
