Samples will be analyzed by a California-certified analytical laboratory. N <br /> 5.6 Investigation Derived Waste (IDW) <br /> Investigation derived waste(IDW)generated during the site assessment activities will be temporarily <br /> stored onsite in Department of Transportation-approved 55-gallon drums. Following review of <br /> analytical results and disposal profiling, the IDW will be transported to an appropriate facility for <br /> disposal/recycling. <br /> i <br /> 6.0 REPORTING <br /> Upon completing the field activities,Cambria will prepare and submit a Site Assessment report to the <br /> SJCEHD detailing the findings of the additional site assessment activities. At a minimum,this report <br /> will contain: <br /> • The findings of site assessment activities; <br /> • Descriptions of the soil boring/monitoring well drilling and installation methods; <br /> • Descriptions of the soil and groundwater sampling methods; <br /> • Figures depicting the lateral extent of the hydrocarbon plume and groundwater flow <br /> direction; <br /> • Cross-sections depicting the lateral and vertical extent of impacted soil; <br /> • Tabulated soil and groundwater analytical results; <br /> • Boring logs and well construction diagrams for the monitoring wells; <br /> • Analytical reports and chain-of-custody forms; and <br /> • Soil and groundwater disposal methods. <br /> 7.0 SCHEDULE <br /> Upon receiving written work plan approval from the SJCEHD, Cambria will commence <br /> implementation of the work plan. Cambria will submit a Site Assessment Report to SJCEHD within <br /> approximately 8 weeks following the completion of field activities. <br /> I <br /> 9 <br /> i <br />
