The HVAC system and mechanical room are located within the <br /> adjoining Cancun Restaurant at 248 North El Dorado Street. Hazardous materials <br /> storage located within this unit is discussed in Section 5.4. Stockton Scavenger <br /> Association on a weekly basis services one trash container. <br /> According to Mr. Cudney, the building has been utilized as an auto wholesale <br /> company from the 1940s to the 1960s, and was also likely utilized for auto <br /> maintenance purposes. The outlines of a turnstile was evident within the first floor <br /> of the unit. <br /> 248 North El Dorado Street <br /> The Cancun Restaurant currently occupies this two-story unit. No basement or <br /> elevator is located within the building. The first floor is utilized as a dining and <br /> kitchen area, and the second floor is utilized primarily for storage purposes. A <br /> 5,000-gallon oil/water (restaurant grease) separator, which discharges into the city <br /> sewer system, is located beneath the sidewalk abutting the north side of the building <br /> on East Miner Street. <br /> 242 North El Dorado Street <br /> This one-story 900 square-foot unit abuts the Cancun Restaurant, and is utilized by <br /> the Cancun Bakery for baking and retail sales. No chemicals or hazardous materials <br /> were observed or reported to be located within this unit. <br /> 234 North El Dorado Street <br /> This one-story 1,500 square-foot unit is located abutting the Cancun Bakery, and is <br /> utilized as a meeting hall occasionally. The unit was observed to be vacant at the <br /> time of the site visit. No chemicals or hazardous materials were observed or <br /> reported to be located within this unit. <br /> Building 2: 148 East Miner Avenue <br /> This two-story building is currently occupied by the City of Stockton Neighborhood <br /> Services (CSNS) for administrative purposes. No basement or elevator is located <br /> Within the building. A small mechanical room is located on the first floor. <br /> Building 3: 224 North El Dorado Street <br /> This two-story building is currently utilized by the SPD, primarily for <br /> administrative purposes. The SPD Investigation Bureau also utilizes a portion of the <br /> basement for storage of evidence. A mechanical room and air handling units are <br /> located on the roof. Two sump pumps are located in the basement. <br /> Building 4: 222 North El Dorado Street <br /> This building is currently vacant and unused. <br /> Building 5: 130 North El Dorado Street <br /> This one-story building is currently utilized by Glass Pro for retail glass sales and <br /> installation. <br />
