One 450-gallon <br /> gasoline UST was depicted along East Channel Avenue, approximately 75 feet west <br /> of North Hunter Street. One 400-gallon gasoline UST was depicted along North El <br /> Dorado Street, approximately 70 feet north of East Channel Street. One 400-gallon <br /> gasoline UST was depicted along North El Dorado Street, approximately 130 feet <br /> south of East Miner Avenue. <br /> Historical information also indicates the past presence of printing and dye facilities, <br /> and a coal yard on site. <br /> M.J. Kloberdanz & Associates inspected the property and noted other locations of <br /> possible concern including plates in the sidewalk labeled gas and capped pipes in <br /> traffic boxes. <br /> 2.0 SCOPE OF WORK <br /> On May 23 and 24, 2000 M.J. Kloberdanz & Associates drilled 9 Geoprobet soil borings <br /> to groundwater, approximately 25 feet in depth. The Geoprobe borings were drilled in <br /> the area of formerly identified gas stations, underground tanks, and dry cleaners (Figure <br /> 2).
