�LaJ-7�-vUl-YC <br /> c) DTSC determines whether or not the RAP equivalent <br /> provides protection to public health and safety at a <br /> level that is consistent with a RAP prepared in <br /> accordance with section 25356 .1 (d) . <br /> d) The total cost of the subject removal action must be <br /> less than $2 million. The cost of a removal action <br /> includes the cleanup or removal of hazardous substance <br /> releases or the taking. of other actions which are <br /> necessary to prevent, minimize, or mitigate damage <br /> which may result from a release or threatened release, <br /> as further defined by section 9601 (23) of Title 42 the <br /> United States Code. <br /> e) The 'exemption contained in section 25356.1 (h) (2) does <br /> not apply to a removal action that was paid from the <br /> Hazardous Substance Cleanup Fund. <br /> f) A RAP equivalent must include an MBAR, in accordance <br /> with section 25356.1 (e) . (See Appendix II-A. ) <br /> 13 - 11/16/95 <br />
