Mary said,at a minimum,one monitoring well should be installed. Three wells will be <br /> re1v,rvc1 seeded if contamination is found in the first well. <br /> 1.03 Mary acknowledged that a permit for the tank removal was on file. Kevin was to check to see if <br /> Clemens had a copy on their files. -rMlotlt <br /> 1.04 Mary indicated that the cost for additional County Inspector time will be billed to 6S•A at agate r <br /> of$78/hour. In addition,back fees and/or penalties e assessed because tank#1 was not <br /> properly abandoned(ie.filled with sand)as originally stated by the owner. <br /> 1.05 Kevin stated that nine tests were taken below tank#1 when his contract called for two. Clemens <br /> will seek compensation for the cost ofthe additional leve tet 1 �t <br /> 1.06 Mary indicated that the Clemens work plan she received 2mmixcavation procedures but did j <br /> not meet the Tri-Regional requirements.
