If necessary because an operation is <br /> beginning midweek, hold an "extra" toolbox safety meeting to discuss new <br /> hazards. <br /> • Post all safety related information in a conspicuous location. <br /> • Periodic first aid and CPR training will be provided for key personnel. Each <br /> project shift shall have a certified person present. <br /> Fire Prevention <br /> Summary of fire prevention controls: <br /> • Approved proper storage will be provided for all flammable materials. <br /> • Oxygen and acetylene tanks will be stored separately, upright and secured. <br /> Reverse flow check valves will be used between torch and tanks. Caps will be <br /> secured on all tanks not in use. <br /> • Employees will be instructed in the use of fire extinguishers. <br /> • House keeping inspections will be held regularly and potential fire hazards will be <br /> corrected. <br /> • Only non combustible devices and equipment will be used on potentially flammable <br /> sites. <br />
