The facility's management will amend <br /> this SPCC Plan within six months of the review to include more effective prevention and control <br /> technology if: (1) such technology will significantly reduce the likelihood of a discharge event from <br /> the facility and (2) if such technology has been field-proven at the time of review. Such <br /> amendment will be implemented at the facility as soon as possible, but no later than six months <br /> following the amendment to this SPCC Plan.
