FACILITY CONFORMANCE [40 CFR §112.7(A)(1&2)]: <br /> This SPCC Plan along with its implementation by the facility provides conformance with the <br /> requirements under 40 CFR 112. This plan does not deviate from the requirements under 40 CFR <br /> 112.7(g), (h)(2), (h)(3) and (i) and 40 CFR 112.8. If this plan does not conform to the <br /> aforementioned requirements, it must state the reasons for nonconformance and describe <br /> alternate methods to achieve equivalent environmental protection. <br /> 2.2. FACILITY OPERATIONS [40 CFR §112.7(A)(3)]: <br /> The Food Express, Inc. (FXI) trucking terminal is located south of Madruga Road and east of the <br /> junction between 1-5 and SR120 at the south end the city limits of Lathrop, California (facility). A <br /> USGS topographic map, providing information on the general topographic features of the site and <br /> surrounding areas is included as Figure 1. An aerial photograph of the site is included as Figure <br /> 2. This drawing also depicts general stormwater drainage at the site. The facility occupies an <br /> irregular shaped lot totaling approximately 4.9 acres in area along Madruga Road. The majority <br /> of the lot is available for equipment parking and storage.
