In the event of an unauthorized release of hazardous <br /> material, the applicant shall immediately notify the Office <br /> of Emergency Services . (OES ) <br /> 34 . Applicant shall prepare and submit an Emergency Business <br /> Plan to the Office of Emergency Services pursuant to <br /> Chapter 6 .95 of the Health and Safety Code . (OES ) <br /> 35 . The design of the waste oil recovery structures shall comply <br /> with current seismic requirements of the Uniform Building <br /> Code . (Building Inspection) <br /> 36 . Oil tanks shall be bolted to raised concrete pads and a <br /> polypropelene membrane shall be installed between the tanks <br /> and the concrete pads . (Building Inspection) <br /> 37 . A complete on-site fire protection system, as approved by <br /> the Collegeville Fire District, shall be installed to combat <br /> any type of fire associated with the proposed facility . <br /> (Collegeville Fire District ) <br /> 38 . The Collegeville Fire District shall approve a Fire Contin- <br /> gency Plan and shall conduct regular inspections of the <br /> facility to insure that the plan is being implemented. <br /> (Collegeville Fire District ) <br /> 39 . Separation of flame sources and combustible material storage <br /> including boiler , dryer , flare system and propane tank shall <br /> be provided. (Collegeville Fire District ) <br /> 40 . The fire pump and water well located north of the plant will <br /> be provided with a separate and independent source of power <br /> to ensure adequate water in case of fire. (Collegeville <br /> Fire District ) <br /> 41 . Locations of fire hydrants are to be determined by the <br /> Collegeville Fire District and be indicated on the improve- <br /> ment plans . Hydrants are to be provided with hose fittings <br /> as described by the Collegeville Fire District . (Collegevil e <br /> Fire District ) <br /> 42 . Hose streams required to control fire hazards shall be in <br /> place on the entire three acre biomass storage site prior to <br /> acceptance of biomass material. (Collegeville Fire District <br /> 43 . An engine powered generator or diesel powered pump shall be <br /> permanently located on site to ensure adequate flow of water <br /> for fire protection.
