Immediately label all drained used oil filter c stainers per this section, dispose of the above drained oil filters since the length of storage could not be determined. Immediately locate a copy of all bills of lading for used oil filters including the above disposal for the last three years, maintain them on site, and submit copies to EHD by September 2, 2011. 27. (Repeat) One 55 -gallon drum of waste oil is not closed. All hazardous waste containers shall be closed at all times except When adding or removing waste.
