This proposal has been prepared in accordance with the June 3, 1998 Request for Bids ' <br /> (RI"B).,- <br /> As we discussed on the telephone, this proposal includes both the consulting and contracting portion of <br /> the work(Projects 1, 2 and 3). For clarity, a separate subtotal has been prepared for each Project. A tptal <br /> cost estimate for all three projects is provided as well. The cost estimates are detailed in the <br /> accompanying Cost Estimate Worksheet. A copy of JJW Geosciences 1998 Fee Schedule has been <br /> included for reference. <br /> A_ Iso, included is a cost estimate for land farming of the contaminated soil for Project 2. As of this <br /> proposal,.we'have been unable to establish applicable San Joaquin County Unified Air Pollution Control <br /> District requirements. Therefore, it remains unclear whether land farming is a viable alternative and, if so, <br /> wh.ak regulatory permits and requirements would be necessary.
