HIGHWAY 99, STOCKTON, SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY <br /> On 23 September 2010, Regional Board staff(Staff) received a request from your consultant, <br /> Ground Zero Analysis, Inc., to terminate the General Permit R5-2003-004412 for the <br /> discharge of treated groundwater at your Site. The request states the groundwater pump and <br /> treatment system was taken out of service, all remedial efforts were completed with a <br /> successful contaminant rebound test, and Staff agreed on 16 September 2010 to the <br /> San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department concurrence request for a low risk <br /> closure for your Site. Therefore, your project does not require a discharge permit from the <br /> Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board. Staff concurs with your request for <br /> termination of coverage under the General Permit R5-2003-004412 as reasonable and <br /> appropriate.
