The fee shall be <br /> automatically adjusted annually by the Engineering <br /> Construction Cost Index as published by the Engineering <br /> News record. <br /> 3 . PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES: <br /> Ordinance Requirements: <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified <br /> as pertinent to this project. Other Ordinance Requirements <br /> may also apply. Ordinance Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> a. A soil suitability study as required by section 9-10100 <br /> of the San Joaquin County Development Code must be <br /> performed prior to issuance of building permits to <br /> indicate that the area is suitable for septic tank use. <br /> A permit for the percolation test is required from the <br /> Environmental Health Division. <br /> b. The existing private water well shall be tested for the <br /> chemical Nitrate, concurrent with a soil suitability <br /> study. <br /> C. State on revised plans or improvement plans that the <br /> leach field area will be barricaded so that it cannot be <br /> driven over, parked on, or used as a storage area. This <br /> leach field area must be used for that specific purpose <br /> only and cannot contain any underground utility lines. <br /> d. Destroy or properly seal the abandoned wells under permit <br /> and inspection by the Environmental Health Division. <br /> e. Open, pump, and backfill the septic tank, seepage pit, or <br /> excavation under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division. <br /> f. Construct an individual sewage disposal system under a <br /> permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> Division at the time of development. <br /> g. Construct a water well under permit and inspection of the <br /> Environmental Health Division prior to occupancy. Should <br /> the number of non-resident individuals exceed 24 for at <br /> least 60 days per year, or the number of service <br /> connections exceed four, a yearly permit to operate a <br /> public water system under the provisions of Title 22 , <br /> Conditions of Approval - 4 - (UP-91-14) <br />
