This document should be written in a non-technical 1 <br /> format that is easy for people to understand. After the EHD has approved the <br /> document it will be posted.at the site along with a Notice of Findings that the <br /> EHD will prepare. <br /> The EHD will allow 10-14 days after posting the documents for the.public to <br /> respond. If no comments are received you will be notified that you may begin <br /> construction of the SVEIAS system. No remedial construction may proceed at <br /> the site until the EHD has notified-you that you have successfully completed the <br /> Public Participation period. <br /> The EHD has reviewed the QMR on Geotracker. The QMR included three tables <br /> that did not include ground water data-collected'for that quarter. The tables are <br /> incomplete and the submittal was denied.
