A "Final Remediation Plan" was submitted in March 1993. In a letter dated May 8, 1993
PHS/EHD concurred with the plan to perform vapor and groundwater extraction at this site but requested
an addendum to the remediation plan with more stringent cleanup levels for soil and groundwater. An
addendum has not been received to date. PHS/EHD is directing you to submit an addendum to the
remediation plan by May 1, 1994.
After the addendum is received PHS/EHD will conduct a 30 day public notification for the corrective action
plan. Please ensure copies of the "Final Remediation Plan" and the addendum are placed at the City of
Manteca Library for public review.
Please be advised the State Water Resources Control Board Underground Storage Tank Cleanup Fund
Program staff recently reviewed PHS/EHD files for this site.
