EL DORADO STREET <br /> STOCKTON, CA 95206 <br /> RE: REPORT OF IOLATION AND SCHEDULE OF CORRECTION <br /> On June 2 , 1 93 , Public Health Services-Environmental Health <br /> Division (PHS- HD) conducted an inspection at Stockton Plating Inc. <br /> located at 632 S. E1 Dorado Street in Stockton, California. <br /> As a result of hat inspection, several violations of the hazardous <br /> waste regulati ns were identified. Specific violations and required <br /> corrective ac ions are listed below. Failure to correct these <br /> violations within the scheduled period provided will result in <br /> further action <br /> I. REPORT OF VIOLATIONS: <br /> 1 . Section 6262 . 34 (e) (1) , Article 3 , Chapter 12 , Title 22 , <br /> Californi Code of Regulations, (CCR) : Hazardous waste <br /> accumulat d at the point of generation (in the repair shop) <br /> exceeded he quantity limitation of one 55 gallon drum. <br /> 2 . Section 6 262 . 34 (e) (1) (C) , Article 3 , Chapter 12, Title 22 , <br /> (CCR) : Ha ardous waste containers used at the point of waste <br /> generation (in the repair shop) were not properly labeled. <br /> 3 . Section 60262 . 34 (e) (1) (D) , Article 3 , Chapter 12 , Title 22 , <br /> CCR: Haza�dous waste containers used at the point of waste <br /> generatio (in the repair shop) were not closed. <br /> 4 . Section 66265. 16 (d) (1) , Article 2 , Chapter 15, Title 22 , CCR: <br /> Employee training records lacked the job title for each <br /> position lat the facility related to hazardous waste <br /> management{, and the name of the employee filling each job. <br /> 5 .
