b) 1 st ReV oR nder: This training applies to emergency response to a hazardous <br /> materi release situation. This training instructs people on emergency repsonse <br /> crews ow to handle a release situation, proper notification of plant personnel, <br /> neighb rs and regulatory agencies. In some cases to aquire information about the <br /> release necessary to the repsonse crews which come on site or are already present. <br /> c) Incident Command: This training is given to personnel which need to direct <br /> operations in response to a release or hazardous situation on site. This training is <br /> designed so that coordination of emergency response to a situation is accomplished <br /> with or er and safety of personnel involved. <br /> d) "Ri ht o Know Trainin " This training is given to everyone involved in the <br /> operati n of a facility. This training provides general information on the dangers <br /> presen within the plant from chemicals or materials being used.
