McLaughlin Co.) previously contained 2,000- and 6,000-gallon <br /> fuel underground storage tanks(USTs)and is proposed for full parcel acquisition. <br /> Location 2—Delta Auto Wreckers at 3151 S. Frontage Road Highway 99, APN 179-100-12. <br /> This facility is an active auto wrecking facility proposed for partial parcel acquisition. <br /> Location 3—Former Suspect Truck Maintenance Facility at 3045 E.Munford Road,APN 179-vL V' <br /> 100-42. This parcel was previously occupied by a truck maintenance facility and is proposed for full <br /> acquisition. f 6 b 4 J61 <br /> Location 4 — Cal Sierra Pipe Inc. at 3033 S. Frontage Road Highway 99, APN 179-100-11. / <br /> This facility is reportedly contaminated with asbestos-containing material in imported fill and is <br /> proposed for partial parcel acquisition. i1 �dt5EVr b �+ <br /> Caltrans will use investigative results for ROW acquisition due diligence, preliminary project scoping, <br /> and to inform project construction contractor(s) of identified and potential hazardous substance impacts <br /> within the project boundaries for construction worker health and safety, material management, and <br /> disposal evaluation purposes. The fieldwork, sampling, laboratory analysis, and related tasks will be <br /> performed in general accordance with Contract 06A1141 requirements. <br /> PROJECT SCOPE <br /> Outlined below is a summary of the scope of services to be performed under TO No. 82: <br /> Pre-field Activities <br /> • An onsite TO meeting was conducted on December 21, 2009,to discuss the TO scope of services. <br /> Caltrans Quality Assurance(QA) Manager Gary Gagliolo and Geocon Task Order Manager Chris <br /> Giuntoli, Certified Asbestos Consultant (CAC), attended the meeting. The purpose of the TO <br /> meeting was to identify and discuss the project boundaries and existing site conditions and to <br /> review the scope of work. The proposed boring locations were marked with white paint for <br /> subsequent Underground Service Alert(USA)utility clearance. <br /> • Caltrans has obtained right of entry agreements to access Locations 1, 2 and 4. Investigation <br /> activities on Location 3 are pending receipt of an executed right-of-entry agreement. Copies of the <br /> right-of-entry agreements are attached. Parcel owner notification requirements and special <br /> conditions include the following: <br /> 1. Location 1 —No notification requirements or special conditions. <br /> 2. Location 2—Notify owner 24 hours in advance(209.948.8345),no cameras. <br /> 3. Location 3—Executed right-of-entry agreement pending ' -+-�`t sk' <br /> . <br /> 4.
