Eighth Street, Stockton, <br />CA. <br />As a result of that i <br />pection, several violations of the hazardous waste regulations and/or <br />statutes were ident' <br />d. Specific violations and required corrective actions are listed <br />below. Failure to c <br />ect these violations within the scheduled period provided will result <br />in further action. <br />I. REPORT OF VIOLATIONS: <br />1. Section 2524 .4, Article 11.8, Chapter 6.5, California Health and Safety Code: <br />The generator <br />failed to submit a report to the Department of Toxic Substances <br />Control at lee <br />st every two years reporting changes in volume and toxicity achieved <br />through waste <br />reduction. <br />2. Section 2524 .19, Article 11.8, Chapter 6.5, California Health and Safety Code: <br />The generator <br />failed to conduct a source reduction and evaluation review of their <br />facility and p epare a waste minimization plan. <br />3. Section 6626.20 (a), Article 2, Chapter 12, Title 22, California Code of <br />Regulations: <br />Hazardous waste (bottom sludge) was transported for off-site <br />treatment, st <br />rage, or disposal without a hazardous waste manifest. <br />4. Section 6626 .23 (a)(4), Article 2, Chapter 12, Title 22, California Code of <br />Regulations: <br />The generator did not send manifest # CAD 981385347 38031 to <br />the Department <br />of Toxic Substances Control within 30 days of the shipment. <br />5. Section 6626 .34 (a), Article 3, Chapter 12, Title 22, California Code of <br />Regulations: <br />Hazardous waste (20 yard bin) was stored on site more than 90 days <br />without a pe <br />it or variance from the Department of Toxic Substances Control. <br />A 1)i% ision of San Joaquin County Health Care Services <br />
