A maximum of one (1) freestanding and one (1) wall <br /> mounted sign shall be permitted as a part of this <br /> approval. Sign details shall be consistent with Section <br /> 9-1710 of the Development Title and be included on the <br /> Improvement Plan. <br /> h. Two (2) automobile parking spaces shall be provided for <br /> each residential unit on the site. Two (2) additional <br /> automobile parking spaces shall be provided for each <br /> three (3) non-resident employees on the largest shift. <br /> Parking details shall be consistent with Section 9-1015 <br /> of the Development Title and be included on the <br /> Improvement Plan. <br /> 2 . DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS <br /> a. The driveway approach and the driveway shall be improved <br /> in accordance with the requirements of the Uniform Fire <br /> Code Section 10. 207, San Joaquin County Standards F-la, <br /> F-lb, F-lc & R-17 and the Farmington Fire District prior <br /> to issuance of the building permit. (Development Title <br /> Section 9-1145. 5) <br /> b. Encroachment permit shall be required for work within <br /> road right-of-way. (Development Title Section 9-1145. 2) <br /> 3. PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES <br /> a. State on the Improvement Plan the maximum number of dairy <br /> animals this site will handle. <br /> b. The number of dairy animals per acre shall not exceed an <br /> amount which would preclude good waste management <br /> practices. Applicant is to contact the Central Valley <br /> Regional Water Quality Control Board regarding filing a <br /> Waste Management Report to approved by Central Valley <br /> Regional Water Quality Control Board and the <br /> Environmental Health Division. State on your Waste <br /> Management Report how you will retain and utilize all <br /> dairy animal wastes on site so as not to cause or create <br /> a nuisance or health problem.
